Last year, I started putting together a longer-term mentorship program but the interest when I started sharing about it was so great I realized I wouldn’t be able to meet the needs of my community the way I had envisioned. Not only that, but much has changed in my own personal life. My call toward education, loving service, and community has only grown in the past five years. I am full-time homeschooling my children and have built a large community of over 100 homeschool families that I manage and create learning opportunities and events for, while also facilitating a co-op. I have had a couple of really beautiful service opportunities pop up that I feel called to say yes to, in foster and adoption as well as helping mothers in women’s shelters. We also recently had a litter of puppies and I realized I love breeding in a conscious and nurturing way! Needless to say, life is busy.

This led me to going into a quiet prayer and listening space. I needed something to be able to offer now, with the limited time I have to give. I needed sessions to change in order to still be able to provide them. What arrived in reformatting this offering was a lot I have honestly learned from you and from the fifteen years of doing this work.

After doing this work for so many years, there are some things I have noticed work best.

  • If you don’t make changes, nothing changes. In other words, the work to do that arrives in sessions is yours for the taking. That is the whole point, isn’t it? To get clarity on your direction going forward, or if that is not available yet, to at least understand your environment/circumstances from a spiritual perspective, to set the groundwork for movement.
  • Annually is enough. Some people choose to book full sessions quarterly, or monthly for a period of significant transition. I have noticed that I am repeating myself in these more frequent appointments, and I really love working together once annually, as this gives us a deep dive, and allows me to serve more of you with the time I have for these devoted one-on-one sessions.
  • What most people think they need is not what they need. Okay I said it. Many of us feel we need a hand to hold, and there are many coaches out there who will do just that. For this work, it is more about seeing through clearly, to really understand and to set the tone spiritually so that you can receive on behalf of your highest alignment, and then choose a support structure to help you walk that out.
  • Many feel lost, unstable, and uncertain because they are not spiritually rooted. The throttling energy of the pandemic, particularly the palpable blanket of fear, the unstable and lightning fast change we are living through has left many in a state of constant research and searching for truth. Many have learned that entities with tremendous power and influence in our current world can’t be trusted. Media can’t be the arbiter, the media organizations can’t be your source, Big Food, Big Pharma, Big Tech can’t be your authority. If they are your authority,  your life and power will go to the world, and the world is hungry for it. Being spiritually rooted is a major contributor to peace and deep alignment and is a worthy pursuit quite literally offering salvation in a broken world.
  • Clients who get the most out of the work ACT on their spiritual calls. They are devoted to their spiritual lives. They know where and to whom to listen. Their spiritual lives drive their active experience. They are working on their spiritual maturity and deeper understanding. They are less afraid. They know what is sacred. They are in touch with their strongest values and are living values-based.
  • This is not a party trick. I have no crystal ball. I do not claim to be anything other than a loving child of God. I believe we are all intuitive, and have always said that. I am not a medium, psychic, or shaman. I am a tuned in person who thrives in deep connection, and the layers accessible when we soften our hearts and open to deep listening are where I find wells of love, and the spiritual.
  • I am best suited to work with people who are change-makers, orienting from faith, who are solution-oriented and want the best for all of humanity. While I have helped people walk through the hardest challenges in their lives, and sometimes deeply stuck energetics, the work I love most is aspirational, hopeful, solution-oriented, and full of love. There are so many therapists and coaches focused on trauma and support in these areas, that is not my specific focus. I am not a therapist, nor a coach. I see myself as a friend really, and a consultant with 15 years of experience working with people on a very deep and honest level. I come along side you with a deep listening capacity, spiritual encouragement, soul support, and heaps of faith in a loving God who has big plans for your life. I sit with you while we listen deeply, focus and tune in to what we can receive and what is available on behalf of those big plans.

Sessions will now be 90 minutes in length, designed to be held annually, and they will be an investment of $795.

If you are considering booking an Intuitive Wellness Session, you have to be willing to make big changes in your life. If you are not at a place to expand and grow this is not likely the time to do this kind of work. Life to me is about ever-expanding growth and learning. I want to come alongside you while you expand though as it is not for the faint of heart. We will write down specific things you are ready to move forward in walking out on your spiritual and faith journey. This is going to be everything you have loved about Intuitive Wellness Sessions in the past, but with a bit more accountability, follow-up, and depth.

Getting together like this annually places more pressure on the time in terms of making sure we make the most of it, that you get all of your questions looked at, it puts your soul in the driver’s seat as far as what you want to cover and makes it almost like an “annual review” to help you tune in and set your trajectory for big personal moves forward. Also, most people need somewhere around 12 months to work through major shifts anyway. Annually feels like the right amount of time in between sessions for significant movement forward and changes to actually happen and be integrated. If you feel like you need support in between these annual sessions, a therapist or coach is your next call. Many clients work with me and in tandem work with a coach or therapist to work through the deep and grinding work of moving through significant transition as inevitably, deep things will come up.

I will challenge you to understand who and what your arbiters of life are. Who is mentoring you? Who is influencing you? What are you inspired by? Are you surrounding yourself with people who are honoring your call spiritually and moving you forward? What does your spiritual support structure look like?

Also, it goes without saying that there is major change happening in the world in so many pillars of society and life. Which one are you working in and called to? I am called into support in the education pillar, and I will share more on that soon. Are you called into tech, finance, parenting, social change, politics, media, advocacy, philanthropy, conservation, medical care? What field and pillars are you feeling most called to help in? Where is God asking you to serve? Where are you not called to serve?

It feels really important to me to be on the support team for major solutions to be birthed right now.

I have been so privileged and it is my honor to work with people who are already working on major life solutions as far as infrastructure and earth’s resources go. I am working with people who really understand the currency of life beyond money. I am working with people who are choosing love in a time where so many people are orienting from hate, instability, dysfunction, and a lack of peace and hope. I want to help people who are movers and changers in the world, not just individually. I have a deep understanding that it is challenging to focus on your life service if you are struggling in personal suffering. And therefore, obviously I have a compassionate and empathetic heart in serving people who need support that way. That said, like I shared above, there may be other practitioners who are uniquely suited to addressing deep trauma, moving through suffering, and dysfunction—while my call allows space for all of these, my deepest work is to help you bring forth the brave calling you’ve been waiting to bring. To birth the collective heart for humanity and for expanded consciousness. To be salt and light and to help you lift the lampshade off of your glorious and holy, God-given light so that he can use you for good right now.
